Heinrich Urges Senate to Expand RECA Eligibility for Trinity Downwinders & Uranium Workers

I was on the Senate floor urging my colleagues to pass our legislation to reauthorize & expand RECA — a long overdue step to finally deliver justice for Trinity Downwinders & all Americans who were exposed to radioactive nuclear materials.
