WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), a member of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, delivered a speech on the Senate floor today in opposition to legislation to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline.
"I would argue that the sooner we commit ourselves to a clean energy, job-incentive future, the sooner we will address the real challenges that are before us," said Sen. Heinrich in his remarks.
