Heinrich To Participate In Hearing On Carbon Utilization Technologies

WASHINGTON – Tomorrow, Thursday, April 22, 2021, at 8 a.m. MT/ 10 a.m. ET, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), a member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, will participate in a hearing to examine the opportunities and challenges that exist for advancing and deploying carbon and carbon-dioxide (CO2) utilization technologies in the United States. 

Senator Heinrich is a leading champion in the Senate for legislation that moves America towards a zero-carbon economy. Senator Heinrich has commended President Joe Biden’s American Jobs Plan that prioritizes substantive climate action and the deployment of clean and carbon-free infrastructure.
