Bipartisan Members of Congress Join Alliance to Fight the 40 to Call for Repeal of Cadillac Tax

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Wednesday, December 2 at 2:30 p.m. EST, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) will participate in a media event to discuss the need to repeal the 40 percent tax on employee health benefits, commonly known as the "Cadillac Tax," before Congress leaves this month. Senators Heinrich and Dean Heller (R-Nev.) introduced bipartisan legislation to fully repeal the onerous tax.
