Heinrich Visits Doña Ana County Sheriff's Office, Gets Look at New Rapid DNA Technology

On Thursday, June 2, 2022, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) visited the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office to see how $350,000 in federal funding he secured for its Rapid DNA program is helping law enforcement reduce crime and increase public safety. Rapid DNA technology allows the crime lab to quickly and accurately identify suspects and victims.
