Heinrich Tours Santa Fe Business Incubator, Visits New Mexico’s First Net-Zero Energy Multi-Family Project
On Friday, July 29, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), Co-Chair of the Electrification Caucus, toured Siler Yard: Arts+Creativity Center in Santa Fe to highlight how the electrification of homes and buildings can help families and small businesses save money, improve health outcomes, and serve as a critical investment in the fight to address climate change.
Senator Heinrich also toured the Santa Fe Business Incubator and met with the North Central New Mexico Economic Development District and the co-founders of B.PublicPrefab. This startup is a manufacturing company serving net-zero, Passivhaus, all-electric, eco-revolution in Santa Fe. B.PUBLIC’s mission is to design high-performance buildings that are built by people who can afford to live in them. They provide panelized construction systems, designed for low-energy use and high performance.
