Heinrich Meets With Protect Our Winters Olympic Athletes

On Thursday, April 28, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) met with professional athletes who are part of Protect Our Winters (POW), an organization dedicated to fighting the climate crisis to protect the incredible number of jobs and economic revenue created by winter sports and the tourism industry. During the meeting, Senator Heinrich thanked the athletes for fighting for meaningful action and said their voices are key to tackling the crisis and powering us into a clean energy future.
