Ceremony to Thank Las Cruces and Dona Aña County for Response to Asylum-Seeker Influx, October 4, 2019

U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) addressed the ongoing harm and fallout of the Trump administration’s inhumane immigration policies that have affected thousands of asylum seekers in New Mexico. Senator Heinrich recognized community members from Doña Ana County and the City of Las Cruces for their response to assist migrant families.
