Heinrich provides guide to going solar

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Local leaders and communities from throughout New Mexico can access a comprehensive guide to help expand their solar generation through a new website unveiled by Sen. Martin Heinrich, D–NM, on Thursday.

The new “Solar Toolkit,” sponsored by Heinrich’s office, aims to connect local governments, tribes, schools, rural businesses, local power providers and others with the resources they need to build solar into their portfolios. It includes commonly used resources and highlights success stories from around the state, Heinrich said in a statement.
