Senate Confirmed Presidential Appointments

Individuals interested in being considered for a position on the District Court for the District of New Mexico or the Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, or as United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, should fill out an expression of interest. 

Individuals interested in being considered as United States Marshall for New Mexico should send their expression of interest by email.

Expressions of interest are accepted at any time, irrespective of whether there is currently any vacancy. After submitting your expression of interest, you will receive a confirmation email.  All applicants will also have an opportunity to discuss their expression of interest with a staff person from Senator Heinrich’s office.  If you are selected for further consideration, you will be asked to submit additional information and may be invited to participate in a formal interview.
